CANCELLATION POLICY

  • If the customer wishes to cancel the order for any reason, he/she can cancel the order within 4 hours of placing their order by simply dropping an email to info@coozybear.com
     

  • Post successful cancellation the refund amount would be credited to the source account. For any further queries, you can reach us on info@coozybear.com (Monday to Saturday) 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM. Sunday: Off

NOTE: The refund amount will be processed within 24 to 48 hrs from the time of approval. It may take up to 10 business days to reflect in the customer's bank account (As per banking standards).

 

  • If the customer requests to cancel the product post reaching the shipping stage, then 25% of the product value would be recovered/deducted, with the remaining value credited to the user's source account.
     

  • As per the company's guideline, to bear the cost/expenses of material, labor charges, packaging used in making the product, the above amount shall be recovered from the customer. 

 

Customized Products

 

  • If the cancellation is requested post the cancellation timeline, an amount of 50% on the product value will be deducted/recovered with the remaining value credited to the source account.
     

Note: The reason for the charges being implied as the product is catered to your need, which cannot be used for any other purpose. Upon cancelling the order the company incurs over and above expenses which are additional expenses to the company.
